Racers, head on over to Blue Angel Cafe on Friday, June 15 for a special Rock Tahoe Pre-Race Carbo Load Dinner Special! *Starter - garlic and parmesan sweet potato fries with chipotle aioli dipping sauce $7. *Entree - Due Amici Pasta brings two great friends together for a not-too-heavy, not-too-light bonanza. A veritable sea of Cavatappi pasta flipped in a spicy, half cream, half marinara sauce and a topping of fresh basil. $13 for Rock Tahoe entrants, $17 with your choice of sautéed chicken AND shrimp. NEW this year, race weekend will kick off with a “Rock the Plaza” Packet Pick-up and Pre-Race Expo OUTSIDE on the Guitar Plaza in front of Alpine Union at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Lake Tahoe! We'll have packet pick-up, Rock Tahoe merchandise, our popular photo booth, Hard Rock's beer truck, and all of our awesome vendors rocking the afternoon away! Don't forget your sunscreen and get ready to have a good time!

Shuttle service for all participants will be provided from the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino to the Start. Shuttle pick-up will be at the Guitar Plaza in front of Alpine Union.
7am Early Start athletes MUST take the 5:45 shuttles. Loading begins at 5:30. Last shuttle leaves at 5:45 sharp. Early Start athletes do NOT need to sign up for a shuttle.
8am Open Start athletes MUST sign up for a shuttle to the start. Shuttle times, FAQs and the reservation form can be found HERE.
Participants can be dropped off at the start if you'd rather wake up your friend/family/uber/taxi instead of taking our shuttles. However, there is NO parking available at the start for spectators.
